We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. Store credit will be issued for any returns. Store credit will never expire and can be used toward any purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Oops! I ordered the wrong size. What can I do to change my order?
We got you! Just call us at (682)262-1112 as soon as possible. We try to ship orders the next day, so contact us as soon as you can. If you missed the deadline, still give us a call you might catch us before we do a drop off a the post office!
If you already received the product, we will gladly exchange it , within 7 days, for the size you were intending to purchase. It will be processed as a RETURN. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Items must be un-used, with all original tags still attached. Item must not have any make-up stains, any stains of any type, or smell like perfume or body spray to be processed for exchange. If size is not available, you will receive store credit.
